2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering an account, or subscribing to paid services on Continuum Academy, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age (or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Consumer Data Privacy Policy, our Refund and Cancellation Policy, and our Recurring Payments Terms.

3. Services & Account Access

Continuum Academy provides executive masterclass video streaming, interactive capability diagnostics, AI-assisted learning mentorship, and digital verifiable credentials in partnership with Mansmith & Fielders Inc.

• Free 1-Hour Preview: Registered users receive a 1-hour complimentary viewing allowance to evaluate video lessons and curriculum topics across our business discipline tracks.
• Premium Passes: Unlocks complete, unmetered access to all executive masterclasses, downloadable resources, AI executive playbooks, and verified certificates.
• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Sharing user accounts across multiple concurrent learners is strictly prohibited.

4. Payment Processing & PayMongo Integration

All online digital payments on Continuum Academy are processed securely via PayMongo Philippines, Inc., an authorized and regulated Electronic Money Issuer and Operator of Payment Systems licensed by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP).

We accept Philippine Peso (PHP) payments via major Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard), GCash, Maya, and QR Ph. Card and account credentials are submitted directly to PayMongo under PCI-DSS Level 1 encryption and are never stored on Continuum Academy servers.

5. Subscriptions & Billing Cycles

Individual Premium Passes are offered in multi-month term packages:

• Option A: 6-Month Premium Access — ₱1,999 PHP (billed once per 6-month period).
• Option B: 12-Month Premium Access — ₱2,999 PHP (billed once per 12-month period).

For users subscribing via auto-debit cards, please refer to our dedicated Recurring Payments Legal Provision detailing renewal notifications and cancellation rights.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All videos, curriculum structures, assessments, graphics, logos, and executive materials available on Continuum Academy are the exclusive intellectual property of Continuum Academy Inc., Mansmith and Fielders Inc., and their respective faculty licensors. Content is licensed for individual personal educational use only and may not be reproduced, broadcast, screen-recorded, or distributed without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, Continuum Academy Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our educational platform.
